Shipping Policy

We will process your order as soon as we get the payment confirmation.

You have two options: a Rs 200 STANDARD shipping and an EXPRESS delivery costing Rs 400.

The EXPRESS delivery means that you will receive your order in 1-3 days as from the confirmation of the payment.

The EXPRESS shipping costs a flat rate of Rs 400, no matter what quantity of products or their weight.

The STANDARD delivery means that will receive your order in 3-7 days as from the confirmation of the payment.

The STANDARD shipping costs a flat rate of Rs 200, no matter what quantity of products or their weight.

For orders above Rs 3000 you will receive FREE standard delivery.

You can also pickup your order free of charge from Veterinaire.mu clinic located at Avenue des Flamands, Albion. Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00 and Sundays and PHs from 9:00 to 16:00. Set destination as Veterinaire Mauritius on Google Maps for the exact location.

Return & Exchange Policy

We inspect every order before shipping to ensure that there are no physical damage to your ordered products and that all products are not expired.

If there is any issue with your product please contact us within 5 days of the delivery.
